In the first half of 2024, Nissan's Rogue leads sales in the United States with 141,160 units delivered, significantly outpacing other models. As part of the model year update, the popular crossover introduces a Rock Creek edition, expanding its lineup. Aimed at outdoor enthusiasts, this new trim mirrors the version available for the larger Pathfinder. The Rock Creek features modest enhancements for off-roading, including 17-inch satin black wheels with 235/65 R17 Falken Wild Peak all-terrain tires and a standard all-wheel-drive system with Hill Descent Control for smoother descents on steep slopes. Additionally, Nissan includes an Off-Road View mode, operational up to 12 mph, to help avoid obstacles on challenging terrains, exclusive to the Rock Creek edition.
Externally, the Rock Creek boasts a glossy black grille, side mirror caps, Lava Red accents, and a tubular roof rack, available in colors like Everest White, Super Black, Boulder Gray, and Baja Storm. Inside, the Rogue Rock Creek, priced at $36,810, features water-repellent leatherette upholstery, more Lava Red accents, and piano black dashboard trim. Standard amenities include heated front seats and a 12-volt power outlet in the cargo area. The $800 Premium Package enhances comfort with a heated steering wheel, wireless charging pad, four-way adjustable passenger seat, power liftgate, LED interior accent lighting, and a memory function for the mirrors and driver's seat.
Beyond the Rock Creek, the 2025 Rogue offers optional ProPILOT Assist 2.1 on the SL and Platinum trims, enabling hands-off operation on single-lane highways. These trims also feature an upgraded around-view monitor system with 3D rotation for easier maneuvering in tight spaces. The $3,200 Technology Package, exclusive to the SL and Platinum, introduces a 'see-through' hood and a Front Wide View camera with a 176-degree angle, making the Rogue the first Nissan in the US with this feature. Regardless of the trim, all Rogue models are powered by a 1.5-liter turbocharged gasoline engine delivering 201 horsepower and 225 pound-feet of torque, paired with a variable compression ratio technology and a CVT transmission.
