Octa Properties, a prominent real estate development management company based in Dubai, is set to introduce 14 new branded projects under its management in Dubai by June 2025, with an aggregate value exceeding Dh9 billion. This strategic move aligns with the growing prominence of branded residences and luxury projects in the emirate's real estate landscape. The trend of launching branded residences is also gaining traction in Ras Al Khaimah, where developers are actively pursuing luxury and branded residences on Al Marjan Island. Branded residences are known for offering substantial returns in terms of capital appreciation and rental income, making them a preferred investment for high-net-worth individuals.

According to Savills, Dubai alone represents 12% of the global supply of branded residences, with the broader EMEA region accounting for nearly 30%. Octa Properties has partnered with prestigious brands such as Missoni, Hilton, Elie Saab, W, and Franck Muller in the region, providing developer management services with innovative solutions for real estate development. The company has also unveiled its new branded interior design and branded marketing communications division – House of Octa.

“This launch is designed to address the escalating demand for branded residences that Dubai has experienced in recent years,” stated Fawaz Sous, CEO of Octa Properties. “Both verticals underscore Octa Properties’ commitment to diversifying its offerings and delivering state-of-the-art design solutions for commercial and residential spaces,” he added. “As we continue to expand and evolve, our new 11,000 sqft office will serve as an innovation and collaboration hub, driving our mission to deliver world-class real estate projects and forge strategic partnerships,” Sous concluded. The company currently manages a pipeline of 4,600 units, employs over 100 staff, and collaborates with more than 1,600 brokerage firms.
