In 2014, was founded Hermes Real Estate, which has since grown into a holding group encompassing real estate brokerage, development, investment consultancy, and hospitality industry. Over two decades, Hermes has built an impeccable reputation, completing transactions worth over AED 2 billion, and earning the respect of both clients and industry peers.

Our favourite deal was a Signature family villa in Palm Jumeirah, not the largest transaction, but the most meaningful. We had the privilege of guiding the family from the very beginning, when the property was purchased at an affordable price in 2007, during the early stages of Palm Jumeirah's development. Watching them move into a beautifully renovated home and then seeing their investment triple in value by 2023, generating significant capital gains, was truly rewarding. This deal perfectly illustrates the long-term impact of strategic property investment and the satisfaction of helping clients achieve both their lifestyle and financial goals.
