Authorities have announced that paid parking will commence in Abu Dhabi on July 29 in two locations: Khalifa Commercial District and Etihad Plaza in Khalifa City.
A post on X revealed that the necessary infrastructure works and directional signs have been put in place to support the Mawaqif service. Abu Dhabi mobility stated that this initiative is designed to reduce illegal parking incidents, enhance the safety and security of the city, and maintain the aesthetic quality of the streets.
