On Friday, a plane transporting the remains of 45 migrant workers who perished in a fire at a Kuwait housing block arrived in India, as witnessed by an AFP correspondent. The Indian Air Force aircraft touched down at Kochi airport in the southern state of Kerala just before 11am (9.30am UAE time), where numerous mourning family members were gathered at the terminal to receive the deceased.
