Pokemon Sleep introduces a fresh approach to catching Pokemon in the beloved franchise by allowing players to catch Pokemon while they sleep. However, to fully immerse yourself in the game, you'll need a variety of recipes to enhance your experience. To boost your chances of catching Pokemon, you must increase Snorlax’s Drowsy Power. This can be achieved by feeding Snorlax the berries collected by your helper Pokemon. More importantly, three times a day, you can cook a meal for Snorlax to significantly raise its Drowsy Power. This is where the Pokemon Sleep recipe list becomes crucial.
The recent Old Gold Power Plant event update in Pokemon Sleep introduces Rousing Coffee, which can be used to create five out of the six new dishes. Pokemon such as Aron, Lairon, Aggron, Shinx, Luxio, Luxray, Grubbin, Charjabug, and Vikavolt can help you obtain Rousing Coffee. These Pokemon can be found in the Old Gold Power Plant area, as well as in the Greengrass Isles area from October 7 to October 21. To unlock the Old Gold Power Plant, you need to reach a Dex goal of 340 Sleep Styles.
Each week, the Snorlax at your campsite will request curries/stews, desserts/drinks, or salads. Different recipes require different ingredients, which are collected by your helper Pokemon. Initially, you can only mix random ingredients for cooking, but soon you'll be able to select and experiment with ingredients to pursue specific recipes. Crafting these specific recipes is more beneficial than auto-cooking because each dish you create (excluding mixed recipes) will increase a recipe’s level and yield a higher percentage of Drowsy Power.
The higher Snorlax’s Drowsy Power, the more rare Pokemon and Sleep Styles you can discover. With this in mind, here are all the recipes you can find and utilize in Pokemon Sleep. Previously, the Lapis Lakeside event update added Greengrass Corn, which can be used to create seven new dishes. Additionally, the Valentine’s Day event update introduced two new desserts/drinks recipes.
