On Tuesday morning, The Pokémon Company International revealed that Pokémon Sleep will now be compatible with major smartwatch brands. This new feature enables players to effortlessly track their sleep and study Pokémon sleep styles. As trainers pair their smartwatch with the game, it continues to operate, allowing users to conduct research using automatically tracked sleep data.

Supported smartwatches include the Apple Watch, Galaxy Watch, Google Pixel Watch, and the Fitbit series. Apple Watch users can sync their sleep data via the Apple Health app on iOS. Meanwhile, those with a Galaxy Watch, Google Pixel Watch, or Fitbit will need to use the Health Connect app on Android.

To celebrate this new feature, special gifts are available for both new and returning Trainers, especially for those who missed the anniversary gifts in July. In addition to this upgrade, the company has released an official album and playlist for Pokémon Sleep, now accessible on Spotify. The collection features 34 songs and is free to access with a Spotify account. Each track includes a visual that showcases the sleep styles of various Pokémon.

Pokémon Sleep can be downloaded for free from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
