Yoon Suk Yeol, President of the Republic of Korea, warmly received President Sheikh Mohamed during his two-day state visit to Korea. An official reception ceremony took place at the Office of the President in Seoul, featuring Korean aircraft displays, a 21-gun salute, and an honour guard formation. Both the UAE and Republic of Korea national anthems were played, while Emirati children performed a song and waved flags of both nations. Seoul was adorned with UAE flags, and its landmarks illuminated in the colors of the UAE flag in honor of President Sheikh Mohamed's visit.
At the reception, President Sheikh Mohamed greeted Korean ministers and senior officials in the presence of First Lady Kim Keon-hee. The UAE delegation, including Sheikh Hamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan; Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan; and Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Advisor for Special Affairs at the Presidential Court, and Abdulla Saif Al Nuaimi, UAE Ambassador to the Republic of Korea, among others, were also in attendance.
