Rafid Automotive Solutions Company has announced a change in its contact number to 80092 for receiving reports of minor traffic accidents, in collaboration with the General Command of Sharjah Police. The objective of this update is to improve the response time for reporting minor accidents, offer assistance through phone calls, and expedite the procedures for accessing other related services.
The unveiling of the new number took place in the presence of Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, and Ahmed Juma Al Musharrekh, Chief Officer of Rafid, along with several officers and officials from both parties. This initiative is part of their joint endeavors to enhance the services provided to the public.
Rafid's responsibilities include responding to minor accidents by conducting inspections, examining the accident scene, and determining the type of accident report required by law. Moreover, they offer various services such as emergency fuel delivery, tire replacement, and battery replacement.
Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi highlighted that the new number is a testament to the continuous efforts of Sharjah Police and Rafid Automotive Solutions to enhance their readiness to deliver exceptional services to customers as efficiently as possible. The primary goal of this initiative is to improve traffic safety on the emirate's roads and enhance performance to achieve customer satisfaction.
Ahmed Juma Al Musharrekh, Chief Officer of Rafid Automotive Solutions, stated, "We are dedicated to constantly enhancing our readiness, upgrading our equipment, and being available round the clock to receive all feedback and calls from the public."
The Rafid Contact and Control Center operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They can be reached by dialing 80092 or by utilizing the Rafid app, which is accessible on all smartphone application platforms.
