Ras Al Khaimah Police introduced smart gates on Monday to manage traffic flow across the emirate. Twenty gates, equipped with artificial intelligence, will be installed at all entry and exit points. This initiative is part of the larger Safe City Digital System project, aiming to boost road safety and monitor traffic incidents and emergencies, according to the Ras Al Khaimah Police General Command.
Additionally, the gates will feature screens providing drivers with real-time weather updates and road condition information, fostering a safer driving environment.
