The search and rescue teams from Ras Al Khaimah Police successfully rescued a 30-year-old Emirati man who had fallen from a mountain in the Wadi Haqeel area, sustaining severe injuries. Ras Al Khaimah Police received a report about a citizen who had fallen in a rugged area in Wadi Haqeel. Promptly, several specialized officials were dispatched to the specified location.

After a two-hour hike through challenging mountainous terrain, the teams located the injured man, who had suffered a serious injury and could not be moved. Air evacuation was deemed necessary. With the assistance of the National Search and Rescue Centre of the National Guard, the Ras Al Khaimah Civil Defence, and the Ras Al Khaimah Police Air Wing, the man was airlifted and transported by a rescue helicopter to a hospital for essential medical treatment.

The Ras Al Khaimah Police subsequently handed over the case to the relevant authorities at the Rams Police Station to complete the necessary procedures.
