Reportage Properties, the UAE's premier real estate developer, headquartered in Abu Dhabi, has entered into an agreement with Empire Holding Pakistan, a leading residential and commercial real estate firm based in Lahore, Pakistan, to establish a joint venture in the thriving Pakistani real estate market.
Pursuant to this agreement, aimed at fostering collaboration between the two entities, a new entity named Reportage Empire Pakistan will be formed to investigate potential real estate ventures in the Pakistani market and devise requisite marketing strategies, alongside a long-term expansion plan.
Andrea Nucera, Managing Director of Reportage Properties, and Faisal Iftikhar, Managing Director of Empire Holding Pakistan, signed the agreement. Asad Kayani, CEO of Empire Holding Pakistan, revealed that the company has earmarked initial investments of $300 million over the next five years, with the inaugural project slated for Lahore, featuring international engineering standards and amenities congruent with UAE excellence standards. Future expansions are planned for Islamabad and other Pakistani cities.
Reportage Empire Pakistan is poised to advance the Pakistani real estate sector through the development of turnkey projects. The company's growth strategy includes initiating projects across major Pakistani cities and attracting foreign direct investments to stimulate the economy and generate employment. It will provide Pakistani investors with the chance to invest in real estate in both Pakistan and the UAE, ensuring access to international standards and a high-quality lifestyle.
At the event, Ahmed Shehzad was appointed as the brand ambassador for the real estate partnership between the two developers, owing to his integrity and honesty, qualities that align with the values of both companies.
