A special promotion is available for the Montenapoleone project in Cairo, Egypt, featuring a 15% discount, a 15% down payment, and 1% monthly installments. Additionally, a 10% discount is offered on the Najd 2 project in Saudi Arabia, with a 10% down payment and 1% monthly payments.
The company is also extending special offers on 12 of its projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, with discounts ranging from 5% to 15%, down payments from 5% to 20%, all with 1% monthly installments. Furthermore, cash payments for the Sylvana project in Turkey can receive discounts up to 30%, and up to 40% for the Afra Park project in Turkey.
Reportage Properties boasts a portfolio of 50 projects across the UAE, Egypt, Turkey, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, East Africa (Rwanda, Uganda), and Azerbaijan. The company's sales surged to over Dh3.7 billion in 2023, up from Dh2.3 billion in 2022, marking an annual growth exceeding 60%.
The 2024 edition of the exhibition includes the Real Estate Investors Forum, which brings together 150 investors from 22 countries, aiming to foster collaboration in investment projects and create a pivotal hub for opportunities and investments.
