Many of us have felt the strain of monitoring our budget while on vacation, making it difficult to fully unwind on the beach. Constantly worrying about where to eat or relax, and ensuring the kids aren't overindulging, can be a significant drawback of a holiday. More and more travelers are therefore choosing 'all-inclusive' packages for their getaways—but these often come with hidden fees and additional costs at the resort, which can spoil the experience. However, there is one destination in Dubai that truly delivers on the 'all-inclusive' promise. Welcome to Rixos: The Palm Dubai, where you can leave your worries and wallet behind and focus on pampering yourself and your family.

Situated at the tip of the world's largest man-made island, this resort offers a serene paradise with a kilometer-long private beach, four temperature-controlled outdoor pools surrounded by lush gardens, and a variety of dining and entertainment options, all part of the resort's 'All-Inclusive, All-Exclusive' concept. The 316 luxurious rooms and suites feature floor-to-ceiling windows, spacious marble bathrooms with rainfall showers and body massage spray jets, and private terraces or balconies offering stunning views of the greenery and the city beyond.

Upon arrival, we were impressed by our spacious Sea View Suite, which offered panoramic views, a sofa that converted into a surprisingly large and comfortable bed for the kids, a dining area, and an office desk—though work was the last thing on our minds as we were eager to explore. Once we settled in, we enjoyed dips in the pools, which were never far from our loungers, and the family never felt bored. The Exclusive Sports Club offers a range of water sports for adults and older children, workout classes in the adults-only pool, and various fitness sessions like yoga, TRX, and CrossFit, all led by instructors.

For those feeling adventurous, the resort's dedicated excursion team can arrange trips outside the resort, and there are shuttle buses to nearby attractions like Mall of the Emirates and Aquaventure Waterpark. If the numerous activities work up an appetite, you'll find plenty of dining options, including an ice-cream cart, made-to-order fruit and juice bars, and premium beverage areas. Pampering is also a priority, with the Anjana Spa offering a beauty salon, Turkish hammam, and treatment suites to help relieve stress.

Dinner poses the toughest decision—choosing from the many on-site restaurants (prior booking recommended). Options include Italian cuisine at L’Olivo Restaurante, prime cuts at Toro Loco steakhouse, Mediterranean flavors at Bodrum, Eastern delights at A La Turca, and in-room dining offering dishes from around the world. After dinner, the nightlife continues until the early hours, with live music and DJs at Bar 1, where staff can prepare signature drinks while you watch a game or play pool.

For the kids, Rixy Kids Club is a standout, offering a supervised waterpark-themed pool with slides and a tipping bucket, and indoor play areas with activities ranging from judo and science experiments to pizza making and arts and crafts. Trained staff are available to take care of the little ones, allowing parents to relax and enjoy some peace.

As all good things must come to an end, so too must this five-star experience, but you'll leave with fond memories and no additional bills at Rixos The Palm Dubai.
