Bollywood film director-producer Rohit Shetty's latest action-packed film, Singham Again, has made a significant impact at the box office, setting a new benchmark for the director. Released over the Diwali weekend on November 1, the film has become Shetty's 10th project to surpass the coveted Rs1 billion (Dh43 million) mark. In an Instagram post, Shetty expressed his gratitude, stating, "SINGHAM AGAIN my 10th and fastest 100 cr [Rs 1 billion] film," and continued, "For the past 16 films, one thing that has remained constant is your love, thank you for all the support and love, humbled."
The film boasts an impressive ensemble cast, featuring Ajay Devgn, Ranveer Singh, Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, Deepika Padukone, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and Arjun Kapoor. Despite some actors having limited screen time, the film's compelling narrative and high-energy action sequences have resonated with audiences nationwide. Devgn reprises his iconic role as Bajirao Singham, while Singh adds his unique comedic touch. Kapoor's villainous portrayal has been particularly lauded for its depth. Notably, Singham Again also includes a brief yet impactful cameo by Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, marking his debut in Rohit Shetty's cop universe.
