Italian design studio SaturaStudio has seized the occasion of the Monaco Yacht Show to unveil its newest concept, the 82-metre Nami. Named after the Japanese word for 'wave,' this yacht boasts a design theme characterized by fluid exterior lines and walkaround decks that foster seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces. Nami has been meticulously engineered by Rome-based HPE Studio and is anticipated to achieve a top speed of 18 knots and a cruising range of 6,200 nautical miles.
Accommodation on board includes an upper deck dedicated exclusively to the owner, featuring an indoor and outdoor lounge, full-height windows, and walkaround decks. The main deck aft houses a sheltered outdoor area, thoughtfully arranged with a dining space, lounge, and a distinctive relaxation zone suspended above the lower deck's glass walls. This lower deck area includes sunbathing sofas surrounding a central firepit.
The sundeck, meanwhile, offers a sunbathing area adjacent to its forward-facing Jacuzzi, while aft, guests can enjoy a bar area, freestanding furniture, and a winter garden equipped with a modular sunshade system that can adapt to different seasons. The beach club, a highlight of the yacht, features a pool and gym with panoramic 180-degree views, both directly linked to the lower deck guest cabins. Fold-down bulwarks enhance the usable space, creating a 'floating terrace.' An infinity pool at the bow rounds out the yacht's impressive array of leisure amenities.
SaturaStudio recently shared another concept with BOAT International, dubbed Bimyou. This yacht's sleek profile and metallic-blue paint job are inspired by 'movement, wind, and speed.' For those attending the Monaco Yacht Show, be sure to visit Stand DS103 to meet the BOAT International team.
