Sean 'Diddy' Combs is facing hardships in federal prison, but not for the reasons one might expect. The prominent figure has been incarcerated at Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center since September 17, after a judge denied his bail request, meaning he will remain in his cell until the new year.

Marc Agnifilo, the attorney for the former Bad Boy Records founder, revealed the most challenging aspect of his client's prison stay outside the Manhattan courthouse on Thursday. This disclosure came after the judge scheduled Combs' sex-trafficking trial for May 5, 2025, and ordered him to stay behind bars.

"I think the food's probably the roughest part of it," Agnifilo admitted, as reported by People. The Post exclusively disclosed Combs' first meal in the penitentiary: a choice between Swedish meatballs or a black bean burger, according to MDC Brooklyn's food menu. He also had the option of egg noodles, green beans, and a garden salad with dressing as side dishes.

Combs' mornings in federal custody begin at 6:00 a.m. ET with a breakfast of cereal, fruit, toast, and a breakfast cake. Lunch is served at 11:00 a.m. ET, while dinner is provided after the 4 p.m. ET headcount, according to MDC Brooklyn's website.

Agnifilo, who previously defended Combs against allegations related to 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lube found during an FBI raid, questioned the number of baby oil bottles found at Combs' mansions. "I don't think it was 1,000," he told The Post last month. "I think it was a lot. I mean, there is a Costco right down the street. I think Americans buy in bulk, as we know."

Combs was arrested and charged with three counts of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution on September 16. Prosecutors allege that he transported sex workers across state lines and forced women to participate in "freak offs" with male prostitutes, sometimes recording these interactions for blackmail. They claim the baby oil and lube were used for these alleged "freak offs," first exposed in Cassie Ventura's November 2023 explosive lawsuit, where she accused him of sexual and physical assault during their 10-year relationship.

Combs denied Ventura's claims, settling the suit quickly but admitting no wrongdoing. It wasn't until footage from a 2016 fight leaked, showing him brutally beating Cassie, that he issued a public apology. Combs recently accused federal agents of leaking the Cassie fight video.

Prosecutors further allege that Combs would hold the recorded "freak off" footage as "collateral" for blackmail and use guns "to intimidate and threaten" those in the videos. Combs has denied all charges against him and pleaded not guilty to all counts.
