The second unit in the 52.6-metre Mengi Yay Virtus XP series has commenced outfitting at the shipyard's facilities in Tuzla, Turkey. Scheduled for delivery in March 2026, the construction is managed by Antalyachts. The project, designated as NB113, is characterized as a versatile, 'go anywhere' vessel, featuring exterior and interior designs by long-time collaborators VYD Studio. The engineering is handled by Van Oossanen Naval Architects, with key specifications including an 8.9-metre beam, a 2.6-metre draught at full load, and a volume just under 500GT.
Accommodation is provided across five cabins, highlighted by an open-plan master cabin located on the main deck. Renderings showcase a light, contemporary aesthetic, dominated by a white color scheme and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. The main saloon includes curved sofas arranged around a coffee table, with a formal dining area nearby. Outdoor features include a main deck swimming pool, a bow Jacuzzi, and an upper deck helipad that transforms into a lounge when not in use. The sundeck boasts a forward-facing bar, offering panoramic ocean views, along with sun loungers and an outdoor dining option.
The vessel is anticipated to achieve a maximum speed of 16 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots, powered by twin Caterpillar C32 engines, although hybrid propulsion is also an option. Currently available for sale through Fraser, the asking price is €29,900,000. According to BOATPro, Mengi Yay has seven yachts either on order or currently under construction, including the first unit in its NL50 Plus series, designed by the Nuvolari Lenard team.
