Co-founded by Shadi Enbashi, SEVA was created in response to the pace of modern life - offering an environment designed to restore regulation, clarity and coherence.

Tucked behind lush greenery and softened by natural light, the space offers a calmer setting within a city defined by pace. At SEVA Table, the entirely in-house, plant-forward menu includes sugar-free and gluten-free options framed as supportive choices rather than dietary ideology — crafted to nourish without heaviness and leave guests feeling clearer than when they arrived.

Beyond the restaurant, SEVA delivers structured holistic wellness programs in integrated practices and facilitator training, focused on presence, nervous system literacy and relational intelligence.
