Sharjah Handball Club Wins Asian Championship

First-time victory qualifies club for Handball World Championship in Croatia, Denmark, and Norway

Sharjah Handball Club has secured the Asian Handball Championship title with a nail-biting 27-26 win against Saudi Arabia’s Al Khaleej in the final match held in Doha, Qatar on Saturday.

This marks the first time the club has achieved this feat, and with this victory, they have earned a spot in the Handball World Championship, which is set to be hosted by Croatia, Denmark, and Norway in January of next year.
