Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, a member of the Supreme Council and the Ruler of Sharjah, has mandated an expansion of the land area in Al Buhais, Kalba, enabling owners to construct and lease properties. The land titles will be transferred to the owners, who will receive Dh20 million in compensation for the demolition of their structures and the temporary loss of use.
