Participants in Sharjah's ACRES real estate exhibition will benefit from reduced transaction fees this year, following a decision by the Sharjah Executive Council.
Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, the Crown Prince, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, and Chairman of the SEC, has approved the reduction in sale and purchase fees for transactions at the exhibition. The Sharjah Executive Council's decision includes a 0.5 per cent reduction in selling fees for developers. Additionally, there will be discounts on purchase fees, with a one per cent discount for UAE and GCC citizens and a two per cent discount for other nationalities.
This initiative is anticipated to stimulate sales, draw in investors, and enhance Sharjah’s real estate market. The event will take place from January 22 to 25 in 2025 at the Expo Centre Sharjah. It will feature a variety of developers and investment companies, presenting new projects and offering exclusive deals.
