On Monday, Sharjah's Ruler approved a Dh21 million compensation package for property owners in Khor Fakkan. Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, the Ruler of Sharjah and a Member of the Supreme Council, stated that this sum will be allocated to those impacted by the restoration project of the 'Al Mansour Archaeological Fort' in Khor Fakkan's Eastern district.

The compensation will be distributed among 29 individuals, who will soon be contacted to receive their payments. This directive was announced during an appearance on the 'Direct Line' program, which is broadcast on Sharjah Radio and Television.

Earlier this month, the emirate's Ruler had announced a Dh20 million compensation for owners in Kalba due to an expansion project. Additionally, the leader had also announced over Dh15 million in compensation for homes in the city that suffered during the historic rains in April.
