Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai, recently attended a reception hosted by the Saudi Arabian Consulate General in Dubai at the Hilton Al Habtoor Palace to celebrate Saudi Arabia’s 94th National Day. Upon his arrival, Sheikh Ahmed was greeted by Abdullah Al Mutawa, the Consul-General of Saudi Arabia. During the event, Sheikh Ahmed extended the best wishes from the UAE leadership and people to King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques; Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia; and the people of the kingdom.
Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed emphasized the strong and enduring relations between the UAE and Saudi Arabia, and the shared commitment of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the President of the UAE; and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai; along with the Saudi leadership, to enhance bilateral cooperation for a brighter future for both nations.
The ceremony was graced by several high-ranking UAE officials and dignitaries, members of Arab and foreign consular missions in Dubai, and members of the Saudi community residing in the UAE.
