Emphasizing the UAE-US relations that have thrived for over 50 years, Sheikh Mohamed acknowledged Trump's role in bolstering the partnership between the two nations.
Earlier this week, the UAE President met with US President Joe Biden, where strategic cooperation and regional concerns were discussed. Biden acknowledged the UAE as a major defense partner of the US following discussions that covered topics such as the war in Gaza and increasing Middle East instability.
Sheikh Mohamed also held a meeting with US Vice-President Kamala Harris. Both Harris and Trump are candidates in this year's US elections.
