Siddhant Chaturvedi, who has a new film, Yudhra, releasing this month, is eagerly anticipating his role as a host at IIFA 2024. Alongside him, Shah Rukh Khan, Karan Johar, Rana Daggubati, and Abhishek Banerjee will also be hosting the event. Chaturvedi will co-host IIFA Rocks with Abhishek Banerjee. In an interview with ANI, Chaturvedi expressed a mix of nerves and excitement. "I am feeling a bit nervous but also very excited. On September 20th, you will see me in action mode. It's a grand-scale film. It's going to be a lot of fun. We've made a fantastic film. And then there's the celebration in Abu Dhabi. I think I'm going to enjoy myself immensely. I'm sure the audience will enjoy it too," he said.

"So my intention is to just go there and have fun. I'm glad I got this opportunity to host IIFA. This is my first time attending IIFA because I was supposed to come three-four years ago for Gully Boy. I won an award but couldn't attend due to the pandemic, so the award came to me. This is the first time I'll be stepping on that stage, and I'll be doing so as a host," Chaturvedi added. Like many Shah Rukh Khan fans, Banerjee is thrilled to work with the 'Baadshah of Bollywood'. "I'm just a fan who feels so lucky to share the stage with him. I feel so lucky to work with him. Meeting and getting together happens, but working together is a big deal. So I'm just happy that I'm finally going to be working with him," he said.

The Pataal Lok actor added that he only wants to celebrate himself, the industry, and the entire audience. On hosting IIFA Rocks, Banerjee said, "We shouldn't take ourselves too seriously. When we're on stage and people are watching, we shouldn't take them too seriously. It's not a serious atmosphere." "It's about celebrating our industry and the hard work everyone puts in. So if we can just celebrate that day, I think that's my goal. I'm not looking to do something different or special. I just want to celebrate myself, this industry, and the entire audience, which has given us so much love. Both national and international audiences will be there, so I'm very excited," he added.

The IIFA Awards 2024, taking place from September 27 to 29 at Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, promises a weekend filled with glitz and glamour.
