Sobha Realty, a prominent developer of luxury residential properties in the region, announced on Monday its latest real estate venture on Al Siniya Island, Umm Al Quwain. The company has entered into an agreement with Umm Al Quwain Properties to develop a private waterfront community, which is expected to attract luxury home buyers. The agreement for this mega project was signed by PNC Menon, chairman and founder of Sobha Group, and Sheikh Mansour bin Ibrahim Al Mualla, managing director of Umm Al Quwain Properties, in the presence of Sheikh Rashid bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, Crown Prince of Umm Al Quwain, at Al Diwan Al Amiri.

Details such as the project cost, number of residential units, and other specifics have not been disclosed. The Crown Prince highlighted that Al Siniya Island will not only offer a luxurious and peaceful lifestyle but also showcase the area's rich biodiversity and historical importance. He expressed anticipation for the project's completion, which is set to boost community prosperity, emphasizing the government's commitment to sustainable development that preserves natural heritage while fostering widespread growth.
