A substantial penalty will be levied on individuals who install tanks containing hazardous substances or flammable fluids in Abu Dhabi without obtaining prior authorization, as stated by the Abu Dhabi Civil Defence Authority.
Pursuant to a cabinet decision, those found in breach of this regulation will be subject to a fine amounting to Dh30,000. It is mandatory for individuals to secure approval from the Civil Defence before proceeding with such installations, in adherence to clause 126 of the resolution.
