Peter Jackson's adaptation of The Fellowship of the Ring is set to receive a standalone 4K Blu-ray release. Exclusively available at Walmart and currently up for preorder at $35, The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring comes in a Steelbook Limited Edition. This edition includes both the 4K UHD and digital versions of the theatrical and extended cuts of the iconic film. The release date is scheduled for January 7, just a few weeks after the The Lord of the Rings Trilogy: One Ring Gift Box, which can be preordered for $157 on Amazon ahead of its December 20 release.

In addition to the limited-edition trilogy box sets, fans can also grab The Hobbit's Limited Edition 4K Steelbook Collection for just $150 on Amazon, marking the lowest price seen this year. The The Lord of the Rings Trilogy: One Ring Gift Box, as shown above, features both the theatrical and extended cuts of all three films on 4K Blu-ray. The traditional Blu-ray case is housed within a faux-leather 'book' that will make a striking addition to any display shelf. Additionally, a pouch containing a replica of the One Ring on a necklace chain is included.

Lord of the Rings enthusiasts should also take advantage of the Buy Two, Get One Free book sales at Amazon and Target, which end on November 16. Both retailers are offering a variety of popular editions of J.R.R. Tolkien's novels, including the beautifully illustrated Tolkien Illustrated Editions of The Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit, and The Silmarillion. The recently released Lord of the Rings Collector's Edition Hardcover Box Set is also eligible for the B2G1 free deal and is currently on sale for $73 on Amazon. This elegant set includes all three volumes of The Lord of the Rings with foil-stamped cover art, stained edges, ribbon bookmarks, and maps inside the hardcovers. These sales are set to conclude on November 16.
