Earlier predictions indicate that rain is likely to persist until August 23, accompanied by ongoing dusty conditions throughout much of the UAE. Low clouds are also expected to form over the eastern coast. Light to moderate winds are forecasted, occasionally strengthening and causing dust and sand to blow.
The sea conditions are expected to be moderate to slight in the Arabian Gulf and slight in the Oman Sea. Temperatures are projected to dip as low as 22°C in mountainous regions and rise to a high of 44°C in inland areas.
