The Dubai Police have informed drivers heading towards Sharjah about substantial traffic delays on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. The traffic bottleneck is located prior to the Mirdif Bridge en route to Sharjah. With the peak traffic period approaching, drivers are advised to proceed with caution, ensuring adequate spacing between cars.
Additionally, the Abu Dhabi Police have warned motorists of a lowered speed limit due to a recent accident. The speed restriction system has been implemented, reducing the limit to 100 km/h on Sweihan Road, specifically at the Sweihan Hills roundabout, heading towards Abu Dhabi.
