In its ongoing efforts to attract young Emirati talents, United Arab Bank (UAB) has announced its participation in the forthcoming Ru'ya Careers UAE 2024, an annual event that provides job opportunities and training for young Emirati graduates from both high schools and universities, as well as experienced UAE national job seekers. The Career Fair, scheduled from September 24 to 26 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, stands as a prominent recruitment, skills development, and networking platform for young Emiratis.

During the exhibition, the bank will facilitate on-the-spot hiring for a range of job openings available to Emirati talents who meet the job requirements. Hind Al-Attar, Chief Human Capital Officer at UAB, expressed: "UAB is dedicated to supporting the UAE Government's Emiratisation initiatives and has crafted a hiring strategy aimed at attracting, training, developing, and retaining more Emiratis within the Bank.
