In the first half of 2024, the Cabinet, led by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, approved housing benefits amounting to over Dh2 billion. This decision encompassed 2,618 housing approvals, reflecting continuous initiatives aimed at ensuring a respectable life and appropriate housing for every citizen.
Earlier in the year, Abu Dhabi unveiled housing benefits valued at Dh2.18 billion, which supported 1,502 citizens throughout the emirate. The comprehensive housing benefits package in Abu Dhabi comprised housing loans, pre-built homes, and residential land grants, with a total value exceeding Dh2.082 billion, benefiting 1,407 citizens.
