The UAE's Cyber Security Council has advised Microsoft users to update their devices to prevent over 100 vulnerabilities. In a recent alert, the council mentioned that Microsoft has issued 139 security updates for various products, including Windows, Office, .NET, Azure, and others. The council highlighted that some of these patched vulnerabilities were critical and had been exploited actively. Earlier, the council had also warned Samsung users to update their devices following the release of security updates by the tech giant to address vulnerabilities in major flagship models. This update incorporates patches from Google's Android Security Bulletin July 2024 and additional fixes from Samsung, which could prevent unauthorized access or data theft.
