The UAE's cybersecurity council issued a warning to Google Chrome users on Wednesday about a necessary security update. This follows Google's release of updates to tackle vulnerabilities in both the desktop and Android versions of Chrome. The cyber authority advises users to upgrade to the latest version - Chrome 127 (127.0.6533.84) for Android, which will be accessible on Google Play in the coming days. The new version brings enhancements to stability and performance, and includes three security patches.
Last week, users in the UAE were also encouraged to update to the latest version following the company's release of security updates.
