UAE authorities have introduced flexible work hours for specific employees on the first day of school. These employees will have the freedom to adjust their arrival and departure times from the workplace. According to the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, this flexibility will not extend beyond 3 hours on the first day of school. The flexibility in attendance and departure is permitted in line with the existing regulations of the organization and requires the approval of the director, as advised.
