The UAE's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) announced on Friday the introduction of a digital platform designed to monitor weather conditions and natural disasters. The 'Early Warning for All' platform is intended to enable authorities to swiftly and effectively respond to emergencies, identify potential hazards, and formulate comprehensive response strategies. The ministry and the weather department have entered into an agreement with the objective of boosting efforts to educate citizens abroad and to implement proactive measures in the event of significant natural and climate-related disasters, thereby ensuring their safety and security. This initiative underscores the UAE’s dedication to advancing public security and safety by leveraging modern technology and precise data to improve crisis management and responses to natural disasters. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs operates teams that work continuously to guarantee the safety of the nation’s citizens overseas, streamline procedures, and offer support during emergency and crisis scenarios.
