According to a statement from the UAE’s leading telecom services provider, visitors can activate their 'Free Visitor Line eSIM' immediately after clearing immigration. The free eSIM includes 10GB of complimentary data and is valid for one day, allowing tourists to stay connected with their loved ones and access vital services without delay. This initiative eliminates the need for tourists to wait in lines, benefiting the millions of visitors who travel to the UAE each year. Last year, Dubai alone welcomed over 17.15 million international visitors, as reported by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET). Abu Dhabi also saw 3.8 million international overnight visitors in 2023.
