The UAE national football team is set to face Qatar on Tuesday at Al Nahyan Stadium in Abu Dhabi in the sixth round of Group A of the AFC Asian Qualifiers - Road to 26. The match is scheduled for 8pm UAE time. The team is focused on securing its 10th point, which would bolster its prospects for qualification. Both teams revived their campaigns with victories on Thursday and are now aiming for another three points to keep pace with Iran and Uzbekistan in the race for the two automatic qualifying spots. While the top two teams in each group automatically qualify, the third and fourth placed teams will proceed to a playoff, where two additional berths are up for grabs.
