The Ukrainian foreign ministry stated on Wednesday that the BRICS summit declaration revealed a lack of a unified stance within the organization regarding the war in Ukraine. "Moscow's efforts to promote the notion of an alleged alternative viewpoint from the so-called Global South on Russian aggression against Ukraine have once again proven unsuccessful," the ministry declared in a recent statement. "The declaration clearly indicates that BRICS, as an association, does not share a collective position on Russian aggression towards Ukraine," it further added.
