The evening prior to the Michelin Guide Dubai Star Revelation at One&Only One Za’abeel, the exclusive Infinity Room will be transformed into a gourmet paradise for a select group of 20 guests. These privileged attendees will enjoy a unique six-course meal prepared by five culinary experts. The iconic Link, known for being the world's longest cantilever and a prominent feature of Dubai's skyline, will provide a breathtaking venue for the dinner, featuring a glass-floored dining room suspended 100 meters above the city. The event will showcase innovative dishes from globally acclaimed chefs, who will personally serve their creations. The lineup includes Anne-Sophie Pic, the most decorated female chef with Michelin stars; Paco Morales, renowned for his dynamic Andalusian cuisine at Noor; Tetsuya Wakuda, famous for his fusion of Japanese ingredients with French techniques; Bo Songvisava and Dylan Jones, advocates of Thai culinary heritage and eco-gastronomy; Mehmet Gürs, celebrated for his innovative Turkish and Middle Eastern cuisines; and Dabiz Muñoz, the creative force behind StreetXO’s dramatic street food-inspired dishes. The evening will begin with a refined welcome drink at The Link’s exclusive bar, Sphere, followed by canapés and a special DJ performance, setting the stage for a magical culinary adventure.
