The United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) peacekeeping mission has reported that three platoons of IDF soldiers were seen crossing the blue line into Lebanon on Sunday morning. Fifteen UN peacekeepers experienced adverse effects, such as skin irritation, due to the smoke produced by Israeli firing. UNIFIL noted that several rounds were fired at the same location, resulting in smoke emissions. The peacekeeping mission has demanded an explanation from the Israeli military regarding these "shocking violations."
