VeriEstate, a proptech startup based in Dubai, is set to introduce an integrated property evaluation platform. Operating under the DIFC Innovation Hub, the region's most extensive innovation ecosystem, VeriEstate is focused on becoming an all-inclusive solution for real estate needs, utilizing advanced technology to boost market transparency and efficiency. Initially, the platform will consolidate various inspection companies, offering buyers and renters thorough and transparent property evaluations. By integrating AI, blockchain, and data analytics, VeriEstate conducts detailed, non-intrusive inspections, particularly addressing overlooked issues in MEP systems.

The reports generated by VeriEstate, based on a 110-point inspection checklist, are officially recognized, making them a trustworthy resource for various stakeholders including buyers, renters, brokers, property owners, and holiday home operators. 'By integrating inspection services and property listings, we are revolutionizing the real estate process, setting a new industry standard,' stated Rajab Ali Virani, CEO of VeriEstate. Additionally, VeriEstate has introduced a property search feature that compiles listings from multiple platforms, facilitating property searches across Dubai.

The platform caters to both B2C and B2B clients and has already formed alliances with prominent inspection firms such as GTA Inspectors and The Snag Master, with further partnerships anticipated. VeriEstate is also in talks with major developers to form exclusive partnerships, acting as their dedicated inspection service. 'Partnering with VeriEstate enhances our ability to deliver superior inspection services,' commented Ehab Farid P, Eng. at GTA Inspectors. Umera Adhnan, Managing Partner at The Snag Master, expressed enthusiasm for the collaboration, emphasizing the platform's focus on transparency and quality.

The launch of the app is timely, coinciding with the evolving proptech landscape in the region, led by initiatives like #REES by the Dubai Land Department. Beyond its launch, VeriEstate aims to establish a significant market presence, targeting a user base of 10 million by 2026.
