On the professional front, Kaushal is set to appear in the epic film, Mahavatar. In this movie, he will portray the warrior sage Chiranjeevi Parashurama. Inspired by Indian mythology, the film is scheduled for release in theaters during Christmas 2026.
The announcement of Mahavatar follows Kaushal's recent successes in films like Zara Hatke Zara Bachke and his upcoming project Chhaava', which is based on the life of Maratha King Sambhaji Maharaj. The first look for Mahavatar was unveiled on November 13.
