Virgin Mobile subscribers in the UAE are experiencing network problems, according to reports. Some customers were unable to make or receive calls on Monday morning, July 15. Additionally, users could not access the Virgin Mobile app.

In response to a query from Khaleej Times, Virgin Mobile acknowledged the issue, stating, "We are aware of a temporary disruption in our network and are working diligently to resolve it." Several residents of the UAE expressed their frustrations on X, noting that the app, internet, and call services were all affected. These interruptions have caused concern among users, disrupting their work.

A screenshot of the error message that appears when attempting to open the app is included below. One user on X tweeted, "Virgin mobile and internet down!" and tagged the company.
