The National Centre of Meteorology has forecast a generally fair day with occasional partly cloudy skies. There is a possibility of convective cloud formation towards the east by afternoon. Light to moderate winds are expected, occasionally picking up speed and causing blowing dust throughout the day.
Temperatures are anticipated to soar, reaching up to 46ºC across the country. In Abu Dhabi, the mercury is predicted to climb to 42ºC, while in Dubai, it will hit 39ºC. Conversely, temperatures could dip as low as 30ºC in Abu Dhabi, 32ºC in Dubai, and 22ºC in mountainous areas.
Humidity levels will increase during the night and into Saturday morning, with a chance of fog or mist forming over some western regions. In Abu Dhabi, humidity will range from 20 to 85 per cent, and from 20 to 75 per cent in Dubai. Sea conditions are expected to be slight in both the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea.
