The concrete structure of the main resort tower at Wynn Resorts' integrated gaming resort on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah is now complete up to the 26th floor, with walls extending to the 29th floor. The construction team is achieving the impressive feat of completing one floor per week, with a target to top off the structure in December 2025. Over the past 100 days, the resort tower has grown by 44 meters.

Wynn Design and Development (WDD), a team of over 90 architects, designers, and creative visionaries, is overseeing every aspect of the project's design and development. Currently, 9,100 construction team members are onsite, with more than 100 concrete trucks operating daily. The resort is set to feature 1,542 rooms and suites, of which the tower structure for 1,121 guest rooms (73% of the total) has already been completed. Fit-out work is in progress for approximately 820 rooms, including walls, floors, ceilings, and all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services. Additionally, the installation of elevators and escalators commenced this month.

Wynn Al Marjan Island, located just 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, is on track to open in the first quarter of 2027. The resort aims to redefine luxury in the region with its unique collection of experiences, including 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars offering a range of dining options from high-energy social spots to fine dining. A nightclub featuring world-renowned DJs and a beach club on its own white sand beach will add to the resort's allure. Adjacent to the beach, an extensive poolscape with multiple swimming and wading pools, water features, private cabanas, and tropical landscaping covering 3.6 hectares will provide a serene escape.

The resort will also boast a 15,000-square-meter shopping promenade with top luxury boutiques, a five-star spa, and a salon. A 7,500-square-meter meetings and events center, along with a theater, will host exciting parties, events, and bespoke entertainment experiences. Wynn Resorts is developing the project in collaboration with Marjan and RAK Hospitality Holding, positioning it as the first integrated gaming resort in the Middle East North Africa (Mena) region.
