The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has issued a yellow alert for the possibility of fog formation, accompanied by a reduction in horizontal visibility. This alert is in effect from 2am to 9am on September 14. Visibility may further decrease at certain times in some coastal and inland areas.
According to the weather department's forecast, today will see fair to partly cloudy conditions. A temperature drop is anticipated, especially in northern regions. Clouds will form towards the east and could become convective by afternoon. Temperatures in Abu Dhabi will range from 30°C to 42°C, while in Dubai, they will range from 29°C to 42°C. The weather will be humid during the night and early Sunday morning, with a chance of fog or mist in some coastal areas.
Light to moderate winds, occasionally freshening, will cause dust to blow during the day. The sea will be slight in both the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea.
