A yellow alert has been issued due to rough seas and strong winds reaching up to 40kmph, blowing in a northwesterly direction. According to the National Centre of Meteorology, the Arabian Gulf is experiencing rough seas with wave heights occasionally reaching 7 feet offshore. The yellow alert, which was issued yesterday at 7am, has been extended until 7pm today. A yellow alert indicates the need for vigilance during outdoor activities. Today, the weather is expected to be fair to partly cloudy at times, with clouds forming over the mountains in the afternoon. Winds may strengthen, causing dust storms. The Oman Sea will experience slight sea conditions. Temperatures in Abu Dhabi will range from 31℃ to 41℃, and from 31℃ to 40℃ in Dubai. Humidity could drop to 10 percent in inland and mountainous regions, and rise to 80 percent in coastal areas and islands.
