The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) issued a yellow alert on Saturday, August 3, due to rough seas and strong winds up to 40kmph blowing in a northwesterly direction. This alert, effective from 6.30am to 10pm, advises caution for those engaging in outdoor activities.

Weather conditions on Saturday are expected to range from fair to partly cloudy, with cloud cover increasing over the eastern coast. Afternoon may see some rainfall triggered by convective cloud formation in eastern regions. Winds will be light to moderate, occasionally strengthening to cause dust and sand storms, potentially lowering visibility.

The Arabian Gulf will experience rough seas during the day, while conditions in the Oman Sea will be slight to moderate. Temperatures are forecast to peak at 40℃ in Abu Dhabi and 41℃ in Dubai. Humidity levels could drop to 15% in mountainous areas and rise to 85% in coastal regions and islands.
